Large telehosting facility in Heathrow, West London for IX Europe Ltd.
Construction of first phase completed in 2000.

The site comprises of a 3000 square metre ground floor area divided into reception, canteen, toilet/shower, control, mains power and UPS room, with comms areas divided into client suites and co-location areas.

Generator support included the installation of 1000kVA and 1500kVA generators. UPS support included 5 no. 500kVA units.

A new steel framed mezzanine area was constructed to allow another 3000 square metre first floor area, used for comms and office areas.

Other services included Glycol dry cooling, Hi-Fog fire suppression system, smoke sensing air aspiration, goods lift, roller shutter goods entrance door, door entry security and CCTV.
