Large telehosting facility in Heathrow, West London for IX Europe Ltd - Page 2

Since initial completion, further improvements to the site included the construction of a new UPS / switchgear room in 2005, adding five 300kVA UPSs with additional switchgear to integrate into the existing installation.

Further upgrades included:

1. The construction of a new external switchroom, housing a new ring main unit, transformer and additional switchgear.
2. Additional chilled water cooling system, including chillers and an external GRP enclosure housing pump equipment.
3. A further 1.5mVA generator installation.
