Data Centre in Park Royal, North London for Orange Business Services.

A 1750 square metre North London warehouse was converted into a data centre.

The conversion took place over a number of phases, with phase 1 including the mains switchroom, loading bay with roller doors and scissor lift, pumps control gear and pipework for the dry coolers and air conditioning units.

It included 2 no. 200kVA UPS units and an external 800kVA generator, air aspiration and Hi-Fog fire suppression.

Further phases increased the size of the comms areas, including further UPS units and a new 1000kVA generator.
